BusConnect is a project designed to modernize and enhance the user experience of a public bus transportation company in a locality in Spain. The main objective was to transform navigation and make travellers feel comfortable while easily finding the information they needed for their journeys.

The process began with a comprehensive analysis of the market and local competition. References were taken from best practices in the transportation sector. Usability tests were conducted with users to assess font readability, screen flow comprehension, and the use of icons.


The BusConnect project yielded significant results, including a substantial improvement in transportation efficiency, a higher level of user satisfaction, and a significant increase in the number of passengers. Valuable customer feedback enabled continuous service improvements, making the project even more successful.
